Las Vegas Downtown

In the days of yesteryear, Downtown Las Vegas was represented as "Glitter Gulch". It was a place where millions of neon lights represented the area, making it look like broad daylight in the middle of the night. Today, Downtown Las Vegas has more than bright neon lights and gaming tables. They still have colorful flashing lights, added to the fact that downtown is emerging as a dynamic, exciting and vibrant community.

Neonopolis on the Fremont Street Experience is home to over 20 retail shops, featuring open courtyards, world class dining and historic neon sculptures making downtown an extraordinary compelling destination. You can enjoy a movie at Crown Theater’s 14-screen start-of-the-art theatre complex or have an over-the-top experience in the soon to be open Jillian’s entertainment wonderland. Jillian's is a well-known restaurant chain that offers patrons an entire entertainment experience for members of the whole family.

The Fremont Street Experience has become a must-see attraction. Known as a crowd-thrilling festival of light and sound, The Fremont Street Experience spans five blocks of the Downtown Las Vegas area. Fremont Street floods Downtown Las Vegas with 25,000 tourists every night. That equals to over 9 million per year, every year round. By day, the area offers shade from the intense sun. The trees, winding paths and music encourage visitors to stroll in this favorable outdoor environment.

The downtown Las Vegas area offers an experience for everyone and that includes the gambler. There are many legendary hotels and casinos in the Downtown Las Vegas area. It was the casinos that started it all. You will find such famous names as Bally's and Caesar's Palace. That does not include the dining and world class entertainment opportunities.

Downtown Las Vegas is the center of the excitement. The downtown community descends into The Strip, where many of the most famous Hotels, Resorts, and Casinos are located. There are also some fairly decent hotels, resorts and Casino's that are located Downtown.

UNLV (University of Nevada Las Vegas) is close enough for a commute, and the nearby mountains create a picturesque scene that is breathtakingly beautiful.

In Downtown some of the most beautiful Lofts and Condominiums are available to purchase, or even to rent. These are some of the most luxurious condominiums and residencies you can find.

The excitement and wonder of Las Vegas is apparent when you are in Downtown. Housing opportunities include: MGM Grand, Turnberry Place,  Panorama Towers, and SoHo Lofts. There are sure to be more lofts as the city focuses on becoming more urban living oriented in hopes of following in a city like Chicago or San Diego's footsteps.
