Summerlin consists of 22,500 acres along the western edge of the Las Vegas Valley. This is the fastest selling master planned community in the United States. There will eventually be 30 villages, each with a separate and distinct character. Over 30,000 homes have been built and there will be over 64,000 homes when the project is finished. Sun City Summerlin is located here, with almost 8,000 homes.
Another age restricted community "Sienna" has been built on the southern edge of Summerlin. The future construction in Summerlin will be to the south and west. The Red Rock Country Club at Summerlin is a private guard gated community. It features approximately 1,000 single family homes, 87 custom lots, and two Arnold Palmer designed championship golf courses. Homes range from 2,100 sq. ft. to over 5,000 sq. ft.
